Welcome to a refined downtown Roanoke loft offering luxury, light, and location! This spacious 2 bed, 2 full bath retreat features soaring ceilings with skylights, oversized windows with city views, and two indulgent king beds. Enjoy all new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and thoughtful high-end finishes throughout. Only steps away from top restaurants and shopping.



The Space:

The property is a 2-story building. The loft is on the second story (2-story walkup with no elevator.) Listed nightly base price is for up to 4 adult guests. For additional guests there is a $20 per guest per night charge up to a max of 6 adult guests. List all guests when you book and update guest numbers if they change. NO HOUSE PARTIES OR EVENTS. QUIET TIME AT 10 PM.



Treat the place as if it were your own and enjoy!

We offer basics like ground coffee from a local coffee shop and an electric drip coffee maker and coffee filters; salt and pepper and cooking oil.



Pets are allowed but there is a pet fee based on seasonality. Please note to take your dog off of our property for it to relieve itself.



NO Smoking of of any substances or e-Cigarettes Allowed anywhere on the property. $250.00 PENALTY FEE CHARGED FOR SMOKING



Check in 3 pm - 11pm. Check out 11 AM. If we can accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out we will try to do so but there may be a $30.00 fee .

We require advance notice of early check in or late check out requests. Our ability to accept those depends on our bookings and housekeepers schedule.



Check out on or before 11 AM. Our housekeeper enters the property at 11 AM to start the check out clean.



Guest Access:

You will be provided with a 4-digit guest access code to access the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of downtown Roanoke on Church Street, within easy walking distance of shops and eateries



Getting Around:

You can walk most anywhere in downtown Roanoke from here. If you want to venture out further, a short Uber ride will get you there. Electric scooters (Lime, Bird, etc) are plentiful in downtown also! It's only a 15 minute drive to Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport.



Other Things to Note:

Free parking is all on city streets and subject to daily restrictions. There are pay to park options in the Church Street parking garage and surrounding pay-to-park parking lots nearby.
