• Loft includes a private walk-out deck overlooking the lake

The loft deck is ideal for morning coffee, sunset views, and incredible star-filled night skies. Please note: the loft is accessed by steep, narrow folding stairs and may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility limitations.

Wildlife sightings are common, including bald eagles and waterfowl.

Outdoor Space
Enjoy outdoor gathering areas perfect for grilling, relaxing, and taking in the peaceful surroundings. The property offers privacy while remaining close to Waubay and nearby lakes including Enemy Swim, Bitter Lake, and the Waubay National Wildlife Refuge.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the home and outdoor areas. The garage is reserved for owner use only.

Security
• Exterior cameras monitor the front porch, doorbell, and backyard areas only
• No indoor cameras
• A decibel-only noise monitor (no audio recording) helps ensure quiet hours are respected

Pet Policy:
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of the pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be crated when left unattended in the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste and for any pet-related damage.
