Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in Bothell/Mill Creek area and is tucked away in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, but still close to many amenities. Whether you’re visiting the Seattle area for work or play, this minimalist 800 sqft retreat offers everything you need to feel at home.

The space
Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms with queen beds, one sofa bed in the living room, two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a spacious living room to relax or catch up on your favorite shows. Step outside onto the porch with your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring.

This house is just minutes from local cafes, parks, and shops, while still offering a peaceful escape from the buzz of the city.

Guest access
1 car can be parked on the wood chip driveway, and there’s plenty of free street-parking on our block.

Other things to note
This house was just finished in April 2025, so if there’s anything that you need please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will try our best to accommodate it.

The sofa bed is available for use, and for groups of more than 4 guests, we automatically provide an extra mattress topper and comforter. For smaller groups, these items aren’t included by default, but we’re happy to prepare them upon request for a small additional fee.

For everyone’s comfort, smoking of any kind, including marijuana, is not permitted inside the house or anywhere on the property.
