Please lock doors and windows when leaving and turn off lights, fireplaces, and electronics when not in use.
Garbage & Kitchen Courtesy
Kindly rid home of all garbage and food debris before departure or when leaving for extended periods to prevent bugs and other unwanted guests.
Exterior Cameras
For safety and property protection, exterior cameras are in use. Please do not tamper with or cover any monitoring devices.
Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM in respect of neighbors and local ordinances.

LAKEFRONT / LAKEVIEW ADVISORY
Lake access, lake views, or proximity to water. Please keep the following in mind:
• Water conditions, dock access, and lake levels can change seasonally and are used at guest’s own risk.
• The home is on a Main Street, right in front of the lake Children should be supervised at all times.
• Please respect neighboring docks, shoreline areas, and local lake regulations.
• Golf carts, watercraft, and lake equipment are only permitted where specifically approved.
• Wildlife, lake flies, uneven terrain, and slippery surfaces may be present — appropriate footwear is recommended.
PETS
Unauthorized pets are not permitted inside the home unless specifically approved in writing. Additional cleaning or damage fees apply.
No Access to Garage
Rule Compliance
