Enjoy your vacation in a modern and comfortably furnished south-facing vacation apartment with a magnificent view of the beautiful Tonbach Valley. <br><br>The apartment:<br>Spanning 63 square meters, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The bedroom is furnished with a new 180-centimeter-wide double bed. <br>The heart of the apartment is a large living room with a dining area, TV, sofa, and armchair, offering direct access to the covered south-facing balcony—the perfect spot to unwind after an eventful day of vacation. The sofa can be converted into a sleeper sofa in just a few simple steps and then serves as a sleeping arrangement for two additional guests.<br>The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator, four-burner induction stove, oven, filter coffee maker, and electric kettle.<br>The bathroom features a bathtub with an integrated shower.<br>Baby equipment such as a high chair or travel crib can be provided upon request.<br>Bed linens and towels are, of course, included.<br><br>The Area:<br>Located at the end of the Tonbach Valley—and thus free of through traffic—you’ll enjoy a very peaceful stay. Yet all essential amenities, such as numerous shopping options, butchers, bakeries, as well as doctors and pharmacies, are just 3–4 km away. There are also plenty of places to eat, both in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance) and just a few kilometers away.<br>In addition, your vacation home is situated on the edge of the Northern Black Forest National Park, making it the ideal starting point for countless activities and excursions.<br><br>Activities:<br>To name just a few options<br>- Mountain biking: <br>Right on your doorstep, you can access Baiersbronn’s vast MTB network. With 400 km and eleven suggested routes—ranging from family-friendly rides to trail tours with 33% singletrack, or a day-long tour covering 80 km or 2,000 meters of elevation gain—there’s something for everyone<br>- Cycling: <br>Even those who prefer a more leisurely pace or don’t have off-road-ready gear will find plenty to enjoy. Just to give one example, there’s the Murg Tour, which runs along the Murg River for just under 70 km from Freudenstadt to Raststatt and can be shortened at any time or taken via the S-Bahn on the way back<br>- Hiking:<br>Baiersbronn and its surroundings are popular and well-known for their extensive, award-winning network of hiking trails, which also begins right at your doorstep<br>- Swimming:<br>Five outdoor pools, including a natural swimming area, invite you to enjoy a day of swimming during the warmer months. And if the weather isn’t cooperating, the Panoramabad Freudenstadt, located 15 km away, features a wellness area and sauna complex<br>- Wellness<br>For a day of relaxation and rejuvenation, nearly a dozen three-, four-, and five-star hotels within a 15-km radius offer day spas with numerous extras<br>- Tennis<br>The tennis courts at TC Tonbach (www.tc-tonbach.com) are located right next to the apartment and can be booked for a flat fee<br>- Skiing/Winter Sports:<br>In winter, there are several ski lifts along the Black Forest High Road. Cross-country skiers also have plenty of opportunities to enjoy their sport in the surrounding area, including on a floodlit night trail on the Kniebis, 20 km away.<br><br>Dining and Culinary Experiences:<br>Baiersbronn is internationally renowned for its Michelin-starred and gourmet restaurants. But hiking huts and snack bars in many places also provide nature-loving day-trippers with all kinds of delicacies. And if you don’t feel like cooking in the evening, there are plenty of dining options in both Tonbach and Baiersbronn.
