Welcome to our Windrose 9 vacation rental!



Located in a prime spot near the beach in Strandpark Großenbrode, you’ll find a modern atmosphere where you’re sure to feel right at home. With 59 m² of space on the 2nd floor, our apartment offers plenty of room for up to four people—just a stone’s throw from the sea. The apartment is also easily accessible by elevator.



Information on additional costs and fees:

A security deposit of 100 euros is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for a fee.

The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.

A parking space is available free of charge.

If available, a bike shed can be booked for an additional fee of 5 € per night. Since only a limited number are available, we recommend reserving one well in advance.



The open, tiled living and dining area, equipped with underfloor heating, promises relaxing moments during your precious vacation time.



The entire apartment features modern furnishings. Families are warmly welcome. In the living area, the Bose sound system turns an evening of TV on the large Philips Ambilight TV into an experience of sound and light. The wood-burning stove ensures cozy, warm moments and invites you to put your feet up and simply relax after an eventful day.



Start your day with warm, fragrant rolls and a delicious-smelling and tasting coffee from the Nespresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen sets no limits on your creative culinary skills! Here, too, you’ll have everything you need—even a selection of spices is available.



The bedrooms feature high-quality laminate flooring and plenty of storage space for your vacation essentials. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a brand-new box spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm). In the second bedroom, you’ll also find a new bed (90 cm x 200 cm) that you can easily convert into a full-size double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) on a single level in just a few simple steps. You’ll sleep like you’re on a cloud. Both rooms are, of course, equipped with a flat-screen TV.



The spacious bathroom features a corner bathtub, a sauna, a shower, and a washer/dryer.



Enjoy breakfast on the balcony in the morning while making plans for the day. In the evening, you can reflect on the day as the sun sets while enjoying a good glass of wine.



Parking and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.



Spend the most beautiful time of the year in this lovingly furnished, non-smoking vacation apartment. Enjoy complimentary use of the beach chair reserved just for you (season: May–September) on the expansive Baltic Sea beach.
