Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. The large screened lanai features an outdoor kitchen with air fryer, a dining table seating six, comfortable lounge seating, and a hammock. Just beyond the lanai is an open-air backyard deck and a private yard with lawn space and mature landscaping.

The in-ground pool is fully fenced for safety and available seasonally (closed November through February). Please note the pool is not heated.

Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles. Up to 5 more can be parked on the front lawn. No street parking is allowed.

We live nearby and personally manage the property, allowing us to be responsive if needed while always respecting our guests’ privacy.
