The three separate bedrooms are furnished as follows:
1st bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), nightstands with reading lamps, TV, and a closet.
2nd bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m), nightstands with reading lamps, TV, and closets
3rd bedroom with a bunk bed (90 × 200 m) and a closet.

PLEASE NOTE: The two double beds (180 × 200 cm and 160 × 200 cm) each have full-length mattresses—please bring appropriate fitted sheets. Thank you very much

The spacious living area features a flat-screen TV, a dining table with 6 chairs, and a built-in, well-equipped kitchenette.
The sofa converts into a bed, perfect for cozy TV nights or as an additional sleeping space.
From here, you also have access to the large, sunny balcony.

The vacation rental features a large bathroom with a toilet, shower, and two sinks, as well as a guest restroom.

The location of the vacation rental is one of the best in the seaside resort. The boardwalk and the beach are just a few steps away. The sports and spa center is within easy reach.

Since fall 2021, you have the option to use a wallbox in the parking lot to charge your car. You can book this for €60 to charge your car twice during your stay.

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days prior to arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
