Maui Banyan #Q-109C is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the ground floor. It features a garden view, air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and free wifi. There is a queen bed, two double beds, and a double sofa bed. For outdoor activities, Maui Banyan #Q-109C is supplied with beach chairs and beach towels. Maui Banyan #Q-109C has an assigned reserved parking stall for one car. Sleeps 6.
Same-day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
Maui Banyan Resort is situated on 8 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds located in South Maui across the street from the popular Kamaole Beach Park II. This white sandy beach is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. It is a 5-minute drive to the Wailea Resort shops, golf courses, and tennis courts. Maui Banyan features a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tennis court, and covered parking. Parking stalls in this complex tend to be narrow and are best suited for compact vehicles.

What an amazing condo. Bright and fun. Every amenity you could need has been thought of. This spot is near some the the greatest beaches in Maui and right next to the pool/hit tub/grills.

Maui had the worst flash flooding in 20 years. The road in front of condo collapsed from the flooding which broke a sewer pipe so sewer went into street, beach and ocean. On the day we were supposed to fly to Maui an evacuation warning was issued for the Kehei area. The governor of Hawaii issued a state of emergency. We did not fly to Maui. The owner of condo would not issue refund and said turn in a claim to travel insurance company.

Prime Location

The condo was very nice and very clean. Location is just across the beach and they have beach towels in their closet and drawers. They also have a small cooler, umbrella and pool noodles at the patio you can use when you go to the beach. If you are going to cook, they have some spices there ready to be used. They also have supplies to do laundry and dishes. Overall, I am very satisfied and would like to go back.

Perfect family vacay

Lovely apartment! 6 adults and two toddlers were very comfortable. Great location close to pool and easy walk to beach. Appreciated having beach chairs, towels, snorkelling gear, coolers and sand toys to use.
