Close to all the major attractions in the area, 5-15 min drive.

Our guests have access to our own Private Beach on Georgian Bay, about 5-7 min drive from the cottage.
We also have our own volleyball and soccer fields.
A small playground for our youngest guests!

Blue Mountain is a great 4 season resort area, with lots to do for visitors of all ages at any time of year!
*WINTER- skiing and snowboarding are all-time favorites, skating, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing and snowmobiling,
*SUMMER- hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, golfing (around 10 golf courses in the area)
*FALL- check spectacular fall colors and Apple Pie Trail.
*Choose from many tours, helicopter tours, Hummer adventure tours, fishing tours, and winery/brewery tours being the most popular ones.

You basically need a car. Not much of a public transportation here.
Uber, taxis available.
Major attractions are within a short drive.

Maximum occupancy is 16 people, including adults and children.

Area has STR licenses and 24/7 noise bylaws.

Hot Tub hours - 7am-11pm.

Chalet comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a standard size fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, and cutlery. The chalet also comes with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, garbage bags, etc. (You may want to bring some coolers as the fridge is only regular sized) Specialty items like blenders, electric frying pans, measuring cups, hair dryer, ironing board, etc. are not provided.

Each bed comes with 2 pillows and a blanket. You must bring your own sheets and pillow cases. If ordered in advance, bedding can be provided at a cost of $10 per set.
Before confirming the reservation, all guests are required to agree to the house rules.

- Maximum occupancy is 16, including adults and children!
--Smoking allowed outside ONLY!

- Security deposit of $1500 (pre-authorization on credit card only) is required upon check-in

- All guests must abide by municipal noise-bylaws

- 2 nights minimum stay is required

- Once you have made a booking via Airbnb we will contact you and ask you to provide the following :

Full Name & Address ( Required for the Rental Agreement )
Contact Number ( required to confirm the details of your arrival)

Once we receive this information we will send you the reservation confirmation that will need to be signed and emailed back (municipal requirement)

Upon check we will ask you to provide a valid ID.

Other things to Note :

Airbnb will charge you a service fee when you make a booking. This service fee is added to any quotes we have given to you and is displayed when you make your booking.

- All guests must be over the age of 25 ( excluding families ).

The use of subwoofers, DJ equipment, loud speakers, or loud car stereos are not allowed on the property.

--HOT TUB CAN BE USED ONLY TILL 11PM and AFTER 7AM ( as of Sept.15, 2021, new municipal bylaw)

- Check out time is 11.00am

- No additional guests allowed

- Pillows, comforters are provided, guests are asked to bring their own bed linens and towels (can be supplied at an extra charge, free of charge for the guests from other provinces and abroad)

- We are pet friendly, but please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Please clean after your pet. Otherwise, there might be an additional cleaning charge. Pets are not to be left unattended
