Guest Access:
At Caivama, you’ll find two convenient entrances: ground-level access from the street directly to the elevator, or the stairway to your right leading to the main lobby. Front desk staff are available in the common area from 9am–8pm, Monday–Saturday. Use the QR code we provide (with backup PIN) to enter the building, access the elevator, your floor, and shared amenities. The gym, cowork space, and yoga deck are on Floor 8. The rooftop is accessed via a separate interior elevator system.
The Neighborhood:
Located 1 block from the central plaza and 2 blocks from the beach, this town is vibrant, active, with a great nightlife
Getting Around:
In Sayulita, you can walk everywhere. Many guests prefer renting golf carts to explore the outer areas of town. See our guidebook for airport shuttles and golf card rentals.
Other Things to Note:
The washer and dryer combo units are great, but please be aware, the cycles take a long time. We recommend speed washing and drying separately. Sayulita is a noisy town in a jungle. Parties go very late with very little regulation. You may experience extreme humidity, power outages, wifi interruptions, and storms certain times of the year. Please be aware of mosquitos and other native bugs you may encounter. The town is beautiful and with an amazing authentic culture. In peak travel times, public services and utilities can become overburdened. Outages are not uncommon and the constant humidity can create unpleasant odors. We LOVE this part of our world and know you will too - but we like to set expectations as some people are not used to tropical locales and the challenges that can come with traveling here.
Interaction with Guests:
The front desk is staffed during business hours. They do not work for us, as they are staff of the common areas. However, they are always willing to help answer general questions. For all stay related issues or questions, please reach us directly
