This is our authentic, detached private chalet in popular Kirchberg. Restored in 2025, the 400-year-old chalet retains charm with modern conveniences. Enjoy complete privacy, a spacious garden for children to play in, and a sun-drenched terrace with lounge furniture. Leave your car as everything is within walking distance, including an electric car charging point 200 metres away
Among winter sports enthusiasts, this chalet is very popular. This is because the nearby Fleckalmbahn will not take you to just any piste but to the second largest ski area in all of Europe! From here, you make a quick crossing to the famous Hahnenkamm (1670 metres) or the Pengelstein (1938 metres).
In summer, Kirchberg is also a wonderful holiday destination. With over 500 kilometres of well-signposted hiking trails, you will make the most beautiful walks here. Take a refreshing dip in the Badesee on a hot day. There are slides, a swimming pool, paddling pool and a lovely sunbathing area. You can even rent a boat there!

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
