Dear guests, welcome to the Strand Palais! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful seaside resort of Warnemünde.


The apartment at the Strand Palais is located right on the Warnemünde promenade. The beach is about 50 meters away, where beach chair rentals await you during the season!
A bus stop, bike rentals, a swimming pool, wellness treatments at the Nivea Haus, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The cozy, sunny LEE vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine level and is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people. It features a living room (cable TV, radio, free Wi-Fi) with a double sofa bed (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2 m), an open dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m, separate mattresses—firmness level 4), a bathroom with shower, washing machine, and hair dryer, and 2 balconies, with a living area of approximately 48 square meters. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. From the balcony, you can look out toward the ocean via the beach access. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers; unfortunately, pets are not allowed.


The initial setup of the apartment includes one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).

At Parkstr. 31, just a few steps from here, you can optionally rent a parking space from us at
, starting at 6 €/night (if available).

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
