The "Seevogel" villa is located on Poststraße in Warnemünde, not far from Kirchenplatz. The Baltic Sea beach, the Alte Strom, the bus stop, and shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away. At Villa “Seevogel,” we offer four tastefully furnished vacation apartments for 2 to 6 people. In the villa’s garden, you can enjoy a refreshing Rostocker Pils while relaxing in a beach chair. We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.<br><br>This vintage-style “Lachmöwe” vacation apartment, located in the attic and measuring approximately 70 square meters, comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. The exposed beams give the apartment a special atmosphere. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a second TV. Additionally, the apartment features a small room with a couch and TV for relaxing (limited ceiling height). The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed. The kitchen and the small room are located under the sloped ceiling; the kitchen has an additional skylight. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The apartment is fully fitted with high-quality PVC flooring. Shower room with a hair dryer. In the living room, you’ll find a TV (cable), radio, CD and DVD players, and free Wi-Fi. <br>A parking space in the new Molenfeuer parking garage is available for a fee (about a 5-minute walk). The vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the garden. Take advantage of our spacious garden area, furnished with beach chairs. <br><br>The apartment’s initial amenities include one set of linens per person,<br>(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels,dish towels, and a shower mat).<br><br>Baker, weekly market, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.<br><br>Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here.
