The Space:

The Pacific spreads out before you in every direction - soft blues at dawn, deep golds at dusk, and the constant sound of waves threading through sun-filled rooms. From this top-floor penthouse in Nuevo Vallarta, the ocean is never out of sight, and the rhythm of coastal living takes over from the moment you arrive.



The space

The penthouse sits on the top floor of the condominium, offering open interiors oriented toward the sea. Living areas are bright and connected to the outdoor setting, with a dining area and a living space that flows toward the terrace. A kitchen is available for preparing meals, fitted with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, wine glasses, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. A washer is located in the unit, along with WiFi and a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay connected or work remotely during their stay.



Outdoor living

The large private oceanfront terrace is the heart of this penthouse. A spa-pool, outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers all face the shoreline, giving you a front-row seat to the Pacific throughout the day. Private beach access makes it easy to move between the terrace and the sand. Guests also have access to the outdoor pool within the condominium, and resort access is included for use of nearby shared facilities. A private BBQ grill is available, subject to availability, and requires reservation at least 24 hours in advance.



Sleeping arrangements

The penthouse accommodates up to 12 guests across 3 bedrooms, with 3 beds in total. Bedrooms include clothing storage and hangers, and the unit is stocked with essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - along with cotton bed linens.



Bathrooms

Two private bathrooms are available, each with hot water. An outdoor shower is also on hand for rinsing off after time at the beach.



Entertainment & comfort

A TV is available in the unit. Central air conditioning keeps the space comfortable throughout your stay. Window guards are fitted, and the home is single-level with no stairs. The property is equipped with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm.



Amenities & extras

Beach essentials are provided to support easy beach days. Guests may also enjoy access to bikes, a kayak, and sun loungers. Free parking is available in an on-premises garage, subject to availability.



This is a no-smoking, no-pets property. A paid crib is available on request.



Services & important notes

The property is professionally cleaned before arrival. Cleaning services and linen changes are not included during the stay, and amenities are provided for initial use. Fumigation is performed before each reservation, with additional fumigation available during the stay if needed due to the tropical environment.



Electricity consumption is included based on the season and number of rooms and is confirmed after booking. Any excess electricity usage is charged at $5 pesos per additional kilowatt, calculated from meter readings. The nightly rate shown includes 1-5 guests, with an additional cost of approximately $20 dollars per extra guest per night. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including adults, children, and babies.

Self check-in is available via keypad. Luggage drop-off is allowed for guests with early arrival or late departure, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.

Parking is subject to availability. In case you have a car, this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.



Location

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its accessible beaches and warm Pacific climate - a year-round coastal destination where beach days are never far off. Please note that due to ongoing development in the area, daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Small beach insects such as gnats are common in the region, and the use of repellent is recommended. Pets are not permitted at this property.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __8__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
