Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!

Villa Sonneck is located right on Wilhelmstraße, the magnificent heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, and just 300 meters from the famous pier.

The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and is, of course, accessible by elevator. The 57 m² two-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features an approximately 13 m² balcony with a beach chair and additional seating.

The apartment is furnished in a country house style and features a kitchenette equipped with various appliances. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

Upon arrival, fresh towels will be provided and the beds will already be made. A travel crib can also be provided upon request.

Free parking is available for guests, and the nearest public transit bus stop is approximately 500 meters away, while the nearest train station is about 800 meters away.

On the first floor, there is an Italian restaurant, and in the basement, guests will find a modern sauna area as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

The beautiful vacation apartment No. 10 is located on the first floor (accessible by elevator) and features a separate entrance with a large hallway. It measures approximately 57 square meters, accommodates up to 4 adults and one child up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The vacation apartment has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style and is rated 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.

Guests staying in this vacation rental can also use free Wi-Fi. The living area features a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps 2 guests, an armchair, a table, and a modern flat-screen TV. There is also a dining table with chairs.

The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and a wide range of other kitchen utensils.
