Welcome to our spacious and modern 5-bedroom home located in a quiet residential HOA community in Garner, NC. Designed for comfort and relaxation, this luxury property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

Sleeping arrangements include:

• 1 Queen bedroom
• 2 Full beds in one bedroom
• 2 additional bedrooms with Full beds

All bedrooms are fully furnished and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. Guests enjoy full access to the entire home, including living areas, kitchen, and outdoor space.

This home is ideal for families, corporate travelers, and small groups seeking a peaceful, upscale environment.

Important Notes:

• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests total at any time (including visitors).

• No parties or events permitted. Only small gatherings are allowed.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
