For shared use: park 2'000 m2 with lawn and trees. Table tennis, boccia, children's playground, parking. Shop 1.5 km, grocery 300 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bar 300 m, bakery, café 600 m, bus stop "place du parc" 450 m, sandy beach "Marina Viva" 250 m, park "Aqualand" 24 km, diving center 1.7 km. Sports harbour 1.6 km, sailing school 1.6 km, tennis 300 m, minigolf 12 km. Nearby attractions: Azur Park, Paint-ball 12 km, Bowling à Port-Grimaud 13 km, St-Tropez 17 km, Ste-Maxime 24 km. Hiking paths: Sentier du Dattier 8 km, Sentier du littoral 6 km, Toulon 60 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Cavalaire. Access to the sea at 200m, without crossing the street (underground passage).

Kitchenette (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nescafé Dolce Gusto) extra). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating, boiler (100 litres). Terrace 9 m2, south facing position and west facing position, patio 15 m2. Terrace furniture. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n C40 (1 car). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Viel Schatten, wenig Licht!

Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind geschönt. Der Raum ist dunkel! Es ist nur ein Raum, mit Schiebetür. Keine 2 Etagen, zwei Stufen. Bad klein, keine Steckdose im Bad. Küche klein, brauchbar. Bett, geht so. WLAN vorhanden. Gut: in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand, beim Bäcker. Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Umgebung sehr schön.

Au calme et proche de la mer

studio dans résidence au calme. Bien équipé. terrasse agréable permettant des repas sympas. Suffisant pour 2 personnes, déconseillé pour 3 adultes .Accès douche un peu étroit. Une climatisation serait souhaitable car les nuits ont été très chaudes. Il y a des commerces à proximité comme la boulangerie et un mini market. La plage est facilement accessible à pied.
