Master Bedroom (Bed 1): King bed, attached master bath with huge walk-in shower and soaking tub. Private balcony with fire table, seating, and mountain views. Includes a sofa for extra seating.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, cozy and bright.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed on the bottom with a twin bunk above — perfect for kids or groups.

Loft Area: King mattress just off the living room; not considered a bedroom due to low ceiling. Children should never be unattended here.

Private Apartment (Bed 4)
-Separate entrance on the lower level (no access from the main house) for privacy.
-Queen bed, sofa bed, and private bathroom.

Guests have full access to the entire main house, private apartment, and 10-acre property, including the deck, hot tub, fire pit, sauna, cold plunge, walking trail, and outdoor spaces. The owner’s closet is locked and off-limits. Guests should not venture onto neighboring properties.
