Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
