Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Hof.

Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
