Apartment SEA YA 1 is one of two apartments in house (house has apartment SEA YA 1 for 5 persons and apartment SEA YA 2 for 6 persons). An outdoor heated swimming pool is used by guests of both apartments. If you book both apartments you have whole house with pool, garden and parking just for yourself.
House is located 150m from the sea: The small weekend village of Kanica is 10km from Rogoznica, 20km from Trogir, 30km from Šibenik... the nearest pebble beach is 150m away (restaurant and bar by the beach), and the entire peninsula within a radius of less than 500m is uninhabited. Beautiful beaches, clear sea and nature. The shop is 3km away, and in the morning around 8am a van with basic groceries (bread, milk, fruit, vegetables) arrives in front of the house. There is parking and a barbecue next to the house for guests to use. The house has two separate two-bedroom apartments (one on the ground floor for 5 people, and the other on the first floor for 6 people), each with an indoor area of ​​48m2 with terraces of 20m2.
