The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: terrace and garden furniture.

Dramalj. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm open waterfront property. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.

allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day. up to 20 kg

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the ground floor and leads via an external staircase directly into the anteroom. Living room with 1 extra bed on a couch/sofa and access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living/bedroom with TV, dining area, gas cooker, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
