Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem, einzeln stehenden Einfamilienhaus und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Hof.

Dramalj. The holiday flat is situated on a 300 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house temporarily but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (tarmacked). Parking on the property.

Kitchen in the living/bedroom with TV, dining area, gas hob, electric hob (4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
