The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.
