Welcome to this beautiful vacation townhouse with a terrace, garden, and fireplace, located in the wonderfully idyllic town of Gerdshagen. The vacation home offers plenty of space on one level and lots of open space surrounded by greenery. Two bicycles are available free of charge for guests to explore the surrounding area.



The magnificent manor house, charming country homes, and former farmhouses contribute to the special charm of this typical Mecklenburg village in the Baltic Sea region.
The rural and idyllic Baltic Sea region is characterized by magnificent manor house estates and a vibrant cultural and recreational program. From concerts and theater to guided bike tours and hikes, as well as park tours, there is plenty to experience and discover. There’s a horseback riding center nearby. Thanks to its central location, popular destinations—such as the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Warnemünde, and Rerik; the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock; and the town of Bad Doberan, known for Münter and Mollis—are all easily accessible.



3-room vacation home (4 people + 1 baby) with terrace and fireplace:

A bright and cheerfully furnished 3-room townhouse, 63 m², for 4 adults and a toddler. The vacation home features a cozy fireplace nook and a sunny, sheltered terrace with a grill and a garden.
The spacious kitchen-living room is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator, and offers direct access to the garden terrace.
The living/bedroom features a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed (1.80 x 2.00), a TV, and a Wii game console. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a large wardrobe, and offers ample storage space. Modern, bright bathroom with shower and toilet.



On-site: Parking, locked storage for bicycles. E-bikes and e-scooters can be charged on-site. A weekly flat rate of 10.50 euros per bike applies. Please let us know before arrival if you will be traveling with an e-bike or e-scooter.



Amenities: free bike rental subject to availability (2 adult bikes, 1 small children’s bike), firewood, crib, and high chair; bed linens and towels (beds are freshly made upon arrival)



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
