THE SPACE
Seaside Heights has become the number one affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey.

Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week. We offer driveway parking for 1-vehicle plus 1 free parking passes (additional parking passes may be available $$) plus up to 6 beach badges (a minimum total savings of $500).

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.


GUEST ACCESS
Our new spacious (3-level) three bedroom outshines the competition. Family accommodations up to 9-guest: total of 5 beds, three bedrooms (1-King, 2-Queens and 1-Bunkbed).


OUR RENTAL INCLUDES
1. First level: Your private master bedroom, miles away from the other 2-bedooms. With its own bathroom and direct access to the in-ground pool.

2. Second Level: You are greeted with our fully modern open concept Kitchen/Dining room area and Spacious Living room. A great place to enjoy your family and friends. In addition, your private balcony off the living room to enjoy morning moments with your fresh cup of coffee.

3. Third level: Are your two remaining bedrooms: a total of 3 beds. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has A Queen and bunk bed. In addition, there is a Washer/Dryer room.

4. 1-Parking passes.

5. 6 Beach badges.

6. Outdoor showers

7. Best of all there is an Outdoor Kitchen, picnic table and a propane grill for those nights you wish to stay home. (common use).


All the indoor kitchen essentials you can think of including:

6. Coffeemaker
7. Dishes, Pots & Pans, Silverware, Cups, & Glasses
8. Full Bed Linen (no need to bring your sheets)

Activities:
North End locality (a much desirer location), we are located minutes (1 +block) to Seaside's best dining, night life and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Café, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill, and our new Mila's of Seaside rstr with its eclectic offerings awaits your arrival.

At night there are choices galore for the partier. Catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's, get your dancing shoe on and enjoy many of Seaside Heights nightclubs (with free cover charge) or thrill yours self with some of the wildest family rides and amusements.

Not interested in going out? No problem, there is plenty of table space if you choose to stay in for the evening, barbecuing those famous steak (and hamburgers and Hot dogs for the kids) playing a board game, enjoying your favorite cocktails with friends or dabbling in a hand or two of Poker.

And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing by the in-ground pool or on Seaside's white sandy beaches or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 20 minute walk).

ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

3) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

4) There is a driveway for a small vehicle parking. With the rental you will receive 1-parking passes that provide free street parking. Guest must find their own free street parking.

5) Unreturned parking passes will be charged $20 per day, up to a maximum of $500.

6) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main level contains a bedroom and bathroom.

7) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

8) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.

9) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

10) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.

11) Pool Access Notice
The pool is a shared/common area and its availability may be subject to maintenance, seasonal closures, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that reservations are not eligible for refunds or compensation due to pool mechanical issues, maintenance, or closures, as these matters are outside the host’s control
