Welcome to your private stylish high-floor in the iconic FV Flatirion building in the heart fo Fortitude Valley. This 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom apartment offers your complete privacy, sweeping the high above view of the Brisbane skyline.

🛋️ Living Area
Relax in the spacious living area while taking in the stunning city views from Level 28.A sofa bed is available for additional guests and is best suited for the 5th guest or short stays.
An additional charge of $30 per guest per night applies for bookings exceeding four guests(up to 2 extra guests) with all linen provided.

🚿 Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed with beautiful city views and convenient access to a second full bathroom.

We provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), hotel-quality towels, and a hair dryer for your comfort.

🥘 Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, and dishes.

You’ll also find a Nespresso machine (starter capsules and tea provided), microwave, toaster, and kettle.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your use, with laundry powder supplied for convenience.



Guest Access
Guests have private access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment.

You will also enjoy access to the exclusive resort-style facilities located on Level 6 of the Flatiron building, accessible via your key fob.

Available by prior booking. Please note that reservations and payments are managed directly through the building/hotel reception.

Perfect for a private movie experience. Advance booking is required and payment is made directly to reception.

Booking details and instructions for the spa and cinema will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

Please note that facility access is subject to building management rules, availability, and any temporary maintenance closures.

✔️ Check-In Process
Please carefully review the check-in instructions prior to arrival. The building is secure and access is via a lockbox system. For late-night arrivals, we recommend reading the instructions in advance to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in experience.

✔️ Keys & Access Fob
Please keep your keys and access fob secure at all times.
A replacement fee of $600 applies for lost access fobs (as charged by building management).

If you are locked out, an assistance fee will apply:

$50 during business hours

$100 after 6 PM and on weekends
