The studio is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Dramalj. The studio is located on a 300 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
