Cozy vacation apartment with tiled stove for 4 people

The vacation rental, with a direct view of the water, has approximately 60 m² of living space and offers plenty of room for up to 4 people. The fully equipped living area features a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, as well as a dining area, tiled stove, flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa. The apartment has one bedroom with a double box-spring bed, a crib available upon request, and a flat-screen TV. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower rounds out the overall experience. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. In the summer, you’re welcome to enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Your children are welcome to let off steam on our on-site playground, which features a slide, sandbox, trampoline, and pull-up bar. Payment is due in cash on the day of arrival or via bank transfer up to two days before arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed upon request. Dogs: 5 EUR per night. A crib or rollaway bed is available upon request. Tourist tax: 0.70 EUR per night.
