Welcome to Casita Corazón — a private, stand-alone cottage just two short blocks from the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Playa San Pedrito.
The casita is part of a small, peaceful compound of three separate homes. Each home is independent and thoughtfully spaced, creating a calm, secure setting while still giving you your own fully fenced yard and private entrance. It feels tucked in and protected, yet open to the breeze and Baja sky.
This is a space created with comfort and simplicity in mind.
Inside you’ll find a king-size bed, a full kitchen with full-size appliances (made for real cooking, not just quick meals), reliable WiFi, and a spacious bathroom. The indoor-outdoor flow makes it easy to move between shaded comfort and sunshine throughout the day.
The large fenced yard is one of the most special parts of the home. A huge project and dining table invites long breakfasts, creative work, shared meals, surfboard tuning, or remote work sessions. It’s a space that encourages slowing down.
The property includes perimeter security and safe boat or board storage, making it ideal for surfers, fishermen, and adventure travelers. Pets are welcome, and the fenced yard makes it easy and stress-free.
The neighborhood is one of the safest and most established in the area — mellow, friendly, and authentic. You may even see horses walking down the quiet street. It’s Baja as it truly is — ranch, ocean, and community woven together.

If you are traveling with friends or family but prefer separate private spaces, Casa Paz and Casita Corazón are located within the same small compound. Each home is fully independent and fenced, offering privacy while still being close enough to share meals and time together. Booking both creates a flexible and comfortable setup for groups who value both connection and personal space.
