The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Dramalj. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house part-time, but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
