Welcome to Bliss Villas, a truly unique beach retreat tailored for large groups, families, and friends. Our property stands out with its combination of private, modern cottages and exceptional communal areas, offering an unparalleled vacation experience.

Why settle for one cramped house when you can spread out over four cottages? You will have full access to all 4 cottages on the property. At Bliss Pool Villas, each of our cottages offers a unique vibe, giving everyone their own slice of paradise:

- Villa 1 (1100 sq/ft): Two bedrooms (one with a king, the other with twin beds), one bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

- Villas 2, 3, and 4 (450 sq/ft each): Each has one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

- Heavenly Heated Pool: Dive into the pool that everyone raves about! Whether you’re splashing around or floating lazily, our pool is the perfect spot to unwind.

We’re just a 1.5-mile stroll to this fantastic beach and a block from downtown’s best spots. From delicious restaurants and cozy theaters to trendy shops and nightlife, you’ll never run out of things to do.

And we’ve got all the comforts of home (plus a few extras):

Located in a fun quirky beach town, Lake worth Beach and Bliss Villas are just minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, 1.5 mile from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, The Square, Clematis St., and Palm Beach Island, 20 minutes from Delray Beach, 25 minutes from the Palm Beach Polo Grounds, 16 miles from Wellington, 24 miles from Jupiter, and 1 hour from Fort Lauderdale airport.

DOWNTOWN LOCATION:
Bliss Villas is in close proximity to downtown traffic, bars, music, and people. While this makes for a lively atmosphere, it also means that there may be noise from time to time.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY:
We accept one dog at $100 per stay with a weight restriction of no greater than 30lb and must be quiet, well trained and kept on leash while in common areas. Toileting of your pet must be off property. Any pet related incidental damage will be charged separately.

REFUNDS:
Please purchase travel insurance as we don’t refund due to weather, flights, illness, etc.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY:
No unauthorized guests/visitors allowed on the property without prior approval.

PACK 'N PLAY:
Pack 'n Play available upon request at time of booking. There will be a one-time charge of $25 which includes setup prior to arrival. Bring your own bedding. Item subject to availability when requested.

TOWELS and LINENS
We provide fresh bath and beach towels for your stay. To help us keep everything in great condition for future guests, please use the black makeup towels provided for removing makeup or tanning products. Towels that are permanently stained, damaged, or missing after checkout may be charged at replacement cost. The most important house rule is to have FUN. At Bliss Villas, we want you to find your bliss while being mindful of a few things...

1. No parties, receptions or events allowed. There are security cameras in the courtyard for safety reasons.

2. Please be respectful of the other Villa guests. Please refrain from loud conversations or music after 10PM in the shared courtyard.

3. No smoking or illegal drugs allowed anywhere on the property - inside and outside.

4. The person who booked the property must be present during the entire stay and is responsible for any potential damages. The primary guest must be at least 22 years old. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you want visitors during the day, you must get pre-approval from host by messaging through the Airbnb app prior to their arrival.

5. There is no lifeguard on duty. Property is not suitable for kids under 12 without parent supervision. By booking, you and your party, assume all liability and hold RealDeal FL LP, DBA Bliss Villas, its owners and agents of the property harmless against any and all claims that may arise out of use or misuse of any part, amenity, or facility at RealDeal FL LP, DBA Bliss Villas.

6. There is pool and other maintenance service each week making the area unusable for brief periods.

7. Please be aware this is South Florida, if you don't want bugs, mosquitos, spiders, palmetto bugs and other pests in the house make sure you do not leave the door open! We do not give refunds for critters found in or outside of the property. We have routine service to provide pest and animal control. Please message us and we will address any issue promptly.

8. Tropical Storm/Hurricane season runs about 6 months in Florida. Most of the time it's just a watch and we do not get hit. But we strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance because we don't give refunds. (One option is to inquire directly with Airbnb.) We will refund only if local govt tells us to evacuate. In case of an evacuation, we will notify you and we will need you to vacate in time for us to shutter up the property.

9. Please do not use bottles or glasses in the courtyard. Plastic or paper only.

10. Your (pre-registered) Pet is not allowed in the courtyard pool area for the consideration of the other guests. You can walk your dog by the street.

11. We’re supportive of eco-friendly travel and the use of electric vehicles, but our property is not equipped for EV charging. If you require charging during your stay, just let us know and we’ll gladly provide information on nearby charging stations.

Failure to adhere to the house rules could mean early cancellation of your stay with no refund.
