Located in beautiful Esplanade Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club Gated community with 24 hour security guard. 2/2 + den ground floor condominium with golf membership transfer includes all amenities! Elegant and beautifully designed, highlighted by high ceilings with high end ceiling fans, faux wood paneled wall, recessed lighting and crown molding. Note the granite countertops in the kitchen and subway tile backsplash. Guest bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the Primary bedroom has a King with custom closet. Enclosed office for privacy or extra sleeping space for guest. Your vacation is off to a great start at Esplanade: 18-hole championship golf course, pickleball, bocce ball, numerous pools and spas, pool side tiki bar, aerobics, fitness classes, and weight room, fine dining on site, a bistro and a tap room.
