LOUD! This area was very noise at night. The windows could not be left open related to the apartment being right next to a bar and the noise and it was very warm. The pictures are outdated. There was no welcoming bottle of wine as described in the “about this property”. There was a city tax that they wanted paid that was also not in the description, in fact, the description said no hidden fees. These fees were disclosed in an email and they wanted the fees transferred to their bank account which was not possible with us being from the USA and not being comfortable transferring to a bank account. Parking was awful and during the day was not free. (It is free from 8pm-8am or 8-20 hr) While there were marked parking these were taken and unable to be reserved and we found that people for the bar/cafe took a lot of these spots. The shower head was cracked and the kettle did not work. The shower was so small my husband barely fit and he is not a huge man and I also had little room to maneuver around in the shower. The apartment was clean and is roomy enough with a nice sitting area, and it does have a washer which we did not use. Check in was simple enough minus being asked for the additional taxes.
