Apartment "Werner" in Urban Heritage House near Lake Constance

The stylishly furnished vacation apartment "Werner" is located in the historic center of Constance near many sights and only a few minutes walk from the shore of Lake Constance. The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a combined living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area and a bathroom (without window) and thus accommodates 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and cable TV. In addition, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and first aid kit are provided on request in the house for general use.



Due to the central location of the apartment, you will find numerous cafes, bakeries and restaurants in the old town of Constance, within a few meters (1-5 minutes walk). Constance Cathedral is a 2-minute walk or 140 m away, and you will find a supermarket within a 7-minute walk (550 meters). The train station is a 12-minute walk (1 km) away, next to the marina and ferry terminal. The nearest beach, "Strandbad Horn", is 3.5 km away or 10 minutes by car and is located next to the thermal bath. There you can swim in the clear blue water and amidst a magnificent lake and mountain panorama. From the vacation apartment you can reach the German-Swiss border in the neighboring town of Kreuzlingen after a 15-minute walk (1.2 km). Swiss ski resorts can be reached after just 35 minutes by car (25 km).
