This beautifully designed 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers sweeping views of Downtown Des Moines while staying surprisingly quiet above the buzz—giving you the best of both worlds.

The bedroom features a king-size bed, and the condo accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen pull-out couch and queen air mattress. The open floor plan offers generous space and easy flow throughout.

Enjoy full-size appliances, cookware, baking essentials, and a coffee setup to power your mornings. Traveling with a little one? A Pack ’n Play, high chair, and kid-friendly plates make family stays simple and stress-free.

i was in Des Moines for a few days of cycling and hanging out and this location was great! the apartment was clean and spacious and had everything i needed plus i could get to any of a dozen cycling trails from the apartment or in under 20 minutes by car. also the east village area is walking distance and very fun!

Tiff is a local realtor and real estate investor passionate about helping others build generational wealth through property ownership. Wilky brings years of hands-on experience in rope access and construction, turning our creative ideas into real, livable spaces.
