The Space:

524 Sunsuite is a cozy efficiency unit located in the heart of Fripp Island, just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Fitness Center, Arcade, and Retail Shops. This second-floor studio is ideal for guests looking to enjoy Fripp’s many amenities while being within easy walking distance of the beach.



The unit features a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a 4-burner electric stovetop, a stainless steel convection oven, a dorm-size stainless steel refrigerator, and a stainless steel dishwasher. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a single vanity, and a stackable washer and dryer, all conveniently located within the unit.



Your 4-legged companions are more than welcome to join in the island adventures, as this home extends a warm invitation to dogs (with an additional pet fee), ensuring that every member of your family can create cherished memories on Fripp Island.

Also included in your rental are up to 2 guest cards. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (open year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
