The Accommodation

The bright, modern, and welcoming apartment on the 1st floor (elevator available), measuring approximately 30 square meters, immediately creates a pleasant vacation atmosphere. Unlike functionally furnished vacation rentals, attention to detail has been paid here, leaving little to be desired. Small touches designed for comfort—such as a built-in bathroom radio—set a cheerful mood in the morning under the rain shower.
A sofa and an armchair invite you to read and relax; there’s also a radio (CD/USB-compatible) here, so you can play your favorite music. An Amazon “Alexa” is also available upon request.
To top it all off, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony with a side view of the sea.
The large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with new, top-rated mattresses offers exceptional sleeping comfort and ensures a restful night’s sleep.
Clothing can be stored perfectly in a large closet.
On hot days, a ceiling fan with a remote control provides pleasant cooling.


KITCHEN:
The kitchenette (see photo) includes the following additional features in addition to the basic equipment: Large refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a kettle.
