Welcome to our lovingly furnished Cozy Apartment—a small, charming retreat for lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, and anyone who appreciates something special. Located high up on the second floor of our farmhouse, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view here that lets your gaze wander and soothes your soul. In the cozy nook, a queen-size bed (1.60 m) invites you to dream and sleep in to your heart’s content. Surrounded by wood and natural elements, you’ll immediately feel at home and at ease. The cozy, bed-sized divan also invites you to relax, read, and linger. The well-equipped kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare small delicacies. Amenities include a ceramic cooktop, mini-oven, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and linens. The bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink, ensures comfort and well-being. A satellite TV is available for cozy evenings. A place to unwind, take a deep breath, and enjoy—quiet, natural, and designed with love. Spend wonderful hours on our farm, enjoy the best views, and simply leave everyday life behind. Our family-friendly, sunny organic farm—which combines agriculture and forestry—is situated in a peaceful, secluded location. Surrounded by forests and meadows, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind, or set out on long hikes. There’s plenty of fun to be had in winter, too: whether it’s sledding, building snow caves, or hitting the slopes at the Maiszinken family ski area—nothing stands in the way of snow fun. Numerous animals live on our farm, including dairy cows, calves, oxen, sheep, cats, and pigs. Have you ever tried fresh organic milk straight from the farm? The center of Lunz is just about 2 km away, and the beautiful Lunzer See is only about 3 km away. The nearest bus stop is approximately 350 m away. You’re also welcome to purchase our farm-fresh products from us. We offer fresh breakfast pastries for your delicious breakfast. Perfect for families with older children. 2nd floor—sleeps 4 ❀❀❀❀ “Kuschel” Apartment 3 New “Kuschel” apartment—with great attention to detail—perfect for solo travelers or couples. 2nd floor—sleeps 1–2 people Free Extras for Families & Children Upon request, we’re happy to provide the following free of charge: Crib (free starting from the 3rd night), high chair, potty, toilet seat, night light, bed rail, changing pad, and much more. Private guest garden with covered seating; for our little guests, there’s also an outdoor playground with swings, a large trampoline, toy vehicles, a sandbox, and parking in front of the house... Check-in from 3:00 PM (details by arrangement), Check-out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Pets are not allowed here. The visitor’s tax of 2.60 EUR per person/night will be charged separately on-site—for guests aged 15 and older. The apartment must be left clean upon departure: beds must be stripped, dishes must be washed and put away, and sorted trash must be taken out. Alternatively, you can pay 60 EUR on-site for the final cleaning. At the Glockriegl Family Farm, you will receive the total invoice and bank details for the accommodation on-site. Please settle the invoice during or after your stay via bank transfer. A deposit is not required. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.
