Marina 50 m, golf course (18 hole) 8 km, sailing school 700 m. Nearby attractions: Base Nature 500 m, Gorges du Verdon 90 km, Nice 70 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Cannes 40 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 8 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus.
1-room studio 30 m2 on 5th floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Beautiful furnishings: living room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Large balcony 6 m2. Balcony furniture. Distant view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n 43 (roofed, 1 car), height 190 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: apartment street side. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Logement très bien situé, proche commerces et plage; par contre propreté très moyenne ,pas de chambre 2lits superposés dans un couloir avec accès direct wc et douche, les alèzes très sales ,j'ai du retourner a l 'agence pour en avoir une autre pour le grand lit , pas assez de rangement. Logement idéal pour un couple

Ne devrait pas être loué en l'état. Ce n'est pas une chambre mais un couloir avec 2 lits superposés.

Agréable

le lieu de l'appartement est bien placé. Pas de bruit . Balcon intéressant car nous pouvons y prendre les petits déjeuner, déjeuner et diner .
