The Space:

Guests will be charmed with this unit’s comfortable tropical décor and awesome view from the private 5th-floor balcony. The dining area has a dining table for four and two bar stools for plenty of comfortable seating at meal time. The living room features a 26” flat screen TV, DVD player, CD stereo system, and upscale tiled flooring. The master bedroom features a light West Indies décor with monkeys, pineapples and palm trees, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floor. The children will love to snuggle up in the cozy bunk beds to sleep at night. Enjoy all the features you would find at home with the fully equipped kitchen. Come and make your next beach getaway at an unforgettable location, Majestic Sun unit B 508! You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. Great location and amenities

This was a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo had everything we needed. I wish we could stay here again but my teen boy was too tall to fit in the bunk bed. Otherwise, would definitely rent again. : )

Enjoyed My Stay

Condo was clean and comfortable great balcony view with beach access across street. Hard to get chairs on the shoreline. The chair rentals and tents made it really crowded.

Amazing!!!!!

This was the easiest check in, check out we have ever had. The location is wonderful as you are within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, if you like to walk. Unit was nice and clean. October is a great time of year in Miramar. We would definitely stay here again!!

Short distance to the beach

It was nice to walk out of the room and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. That made it very easy to run back to room for lunch/drinks/restroom. The room needs to update bathrooms, but the rest of the condo is fine. Both beach area bars/restaurants were nice and had a good happy hour.

Great view

Room was clean, just out dated. Needs new couch. TV was a little complicated, but we got it. It would have been good for just a couple. Love the area. Would like the options for chairs to go with the room. Would stay again.

Location location location

One bedroom 2 bathroom unit is a great floor plan for small family. Our son loved the bunk bed nook. We loved the ocean view from balcony, free parking garage and heated pool. Great location. Slightly dated decor. Only 2 working elevators. Mattresses comfortable but needed pads as sheets slid off waterproof cover and were warm. Unit had drawers in fridge that were broken or not installed correctly and wobbled. But overall great stay and we would rent again

Wonderful!

Everything during our stay was perfect! The king bed was super comfortable and our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. Ice maker in the fridge was appreciated. The view on our balcony was gorgeous and just short walk to be on the beach. The water was calm and cool. My only complaint if I have to make one is that the fitted sheet refused to stay on the king bed but it didn’t cause any issues with sleep. We will definitely be back! This is our new favorite spot!

Beautifully updated unit!

I wish it was more clear on the Vacasa app that the unit was on the B side (we went to the wrong side of the building) but once we found the right one it was beautiful! I have stayed at the Majestic Sun condos many times before and wished others would have been more updated. This unit has a beautifully remodeled kitchen, new master furniture, the pullout bed was perfectly fine for the kids and the kitchen contained all basics necessary to cook. I would highly recommend this one!

First time here!!

This was our first time at this condo and property. The day we checked in, there was only one out of 3 elevators working and it took forever! But the next day they fixed the second one, so it was better. Only thing I wish the condo had was another place to wash your feet and beach stuff off other than the one by A side. Real inconvenient walking all the way over to that side each time, but we made due. Condo was nice and clean upon arrival. View was really nice!

Great location to beach and restaurants

Overall the location is perfect! The water is beautiful! The one downfall was the sofa bed. It was broken and property management had to repair it. Used it one night. The mattress is so old you can feel the mattress spring. Uncomfortable night. Had to sleep on sofa for the rest of our trip. Which is fine but for someone on the smaller side can sleep on it. Other than that we enjoyed it very much and would come back again!

Beds need replacing and no bathroom counter space

The pull out sofa was very old, flaking and worn. The mattress wasn't suitable to sleep on. The whole unit just needs updating and perhaps adding counterspace in the bathroom would be nice.
