The Space:

Just a few blocks from the white sands of the Gulf, this three-bedroom home is going to give you the beach vacation of your dreams! Step inside to find a handsome living space dressed in cool tiled floors and attractive decor. Kick back on the luxurious furniture to watch a good movie on the flatscreen TV then head outside to savor a delicious beverage with friends on the furnished patio. You'll have a full kitchen equipped with small and major appliances and gorgeous countertops, and the home's private gas grill will make sure those family barbecues are fun and easy. You can serve up to six guests at the dining table and the breakfast bar has three barstools for afternoon snacks. The kids will love romping around the enclosed yard with the family dog and you'll love splashing around in the private saltwater pool after a long afternoon hike. Take advantage of the private washer/dryer to keep everyone's clothes nice and clean while the central AC and ceiling fans cool the home down. Use the fast WiFi to post your favorite selfies to your social media profile.

The house was beautiful and well kept. The pool and private yard was so nice we swam every day. The maintenance people for the pool were quick and efficient. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. I would stay there again.

Relaxing stay

Lovely break in a house close to beach and all amenities. The pool was wonderful to relax in at the end of the day. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great place to stay!

Overall great place to stay! Very short walk to beach! Having a private pool was amazing! Few minor issues we had, middle of grilling we ran out of propane and there wasn’t a backup propane tank. One of the burners on the stove did not work. Overall great place to stay, our minor issues did not ruin our vacation.

House was nice. Appreciate fences backyard especially with our dogs Pool was nice . This hiuse is managed by another company nit a owner Therefore we had to pay a listing fee to vrbo of 332 dollars in addition to ither fees and taxes that added up.

Great Location

The location of the house was perfect. Plenty of sleeping room. Was not as clean as it should could have been. The floor was sticky when we arrived, should have been mopped. The back covered porch had horrible furniture. The pool layout chairs were in good condition. Over all had a great time though!

Great house

The house was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Could easily have fit another family. The backyard is entirely fenced in and the pool was a nice bonus. We did have an issue with the pool not heating our first few days but it was remediated by Vacasa and they were super friendly. Great customer service from our perspective. The beach is very close (easy walk) but the public access space is extremely small, only about 30 feet wide. Since we were there in off season, it wasn’t an issue, but I can’t imagine it in summer. However, we found lots of other access points that you could drive to.

Spring break 2022

The proximity to the beach was great! The drive to local stores, shops, etc. - very convenient. However, we were a little surprised that there was no welcome information pertaining to basic tourist, restaurant suggestions, beach info. or anything. We’ve used this service a few times before & basic accommodations were available. For family of 4, we were only provided with 1 trash bag & 4 rolls of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap for 2 bathrooms. Also, no salt & pepper or basic seasonings in the kitchen. Small suggestion in this particular property - (101 Mark St., managed by Vicasa) … maybe the owner should consider utilizing the bar area as a “welcome center” to incoming guests with maps, information, suggestions, etc. rather than what it is now… wasted space for knick-knacks. Thank you!

It was filthy. The home needed to be cleaned to stay in and it had to be done by my family.

food and dirt in dishwasher. dried food on table. candy in the bed when covers pulled off. this was witnessed by a vacsa attendant. blood on towels that were stained. pool was paid to be warmed and was not. refrigerator was warm. there was a wet substance on furniture I had to use disposable plates and cups feces on bathroom walls.Vacasa was very helpful they attempted to re-locate but due to pet situation it was difficult refunds were provided for part of the stay and pool heating.It was an extreme disappointment, we had to wash bed sheets before use.I have used vacasa many times before and will never again

Very convenient location

First time using VRBO and overall a positive experience. On the property however, there were some issues that would have made our stay even better if they had been corrected earlier. For instance, the baseboards and bottom of the door in the back bathroom were dirty— all spotted with dirt or something. The grill had not been cleaned since the last use (or who knows when) because it was chalked with black residue and the grill cover was torn. The umbrella on the table outside was broken. The back door that leads out to the pool did not have any blinds. And not really an issue but the wall in the living room (that is tan/yellow in color) had white paint spots where someone tried to cover up scratches. Not a big deal there but just looked a little tacky. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, but depending on where you access it you may not have much room due to the condos reserving space for their guests. Overall it was a great location, loved the pool, and was glad to have a fenced in yard for our fur baby during our stay.
