The Space:

Overlooking one of Destin's gleaming waterways sits this bright and spacious townhome. Heron Hideaway provides an ideal landing point for visiting friend groups and extended family stays. Nestled near a plethora of amusements, popular attractions like Timberview Destin Helicopters, Emerald Bay Golf Club, and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park are all less than nine miles away. The city also boasts a fun mix of eateries, local boutiques, and convenience stores.



Boats are allowed up to 28 feet or less (tip to prop). Please note there is no trailer parking allowed on site. Please call the local team for a list of local areas where trailer parking is allowed and charge for a fee.



When a break from the sun is warranted, gather on the living room's leather seating and catch up on your favorite show. Accompany your movie viewings with delicious dishes, prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.



Simply decorated and cooled by central air-conditioning, each of the bedrooms provides restful sleeping arrangements. Shared washer/dryer access ties together the townhome's marvelous perks. A gaming table, beach chairs, and boogie boards are there for guest use.

End another day in paradise with a sunset viewing on the private balcony, your favorite people by your side, and warm memories in your heart.

Perfect Destin Stay

The property is awesome! We brought our 24ft boat and the docking area is perfect (hose for cleaning included). We met a few of the neighbors and they were all great as well. The house was clean and comfortable, there’s an amazing view from the master bedroom. The inlet is private and quiet without much boat traffic. Only downside is no trailer parking, but they provided a list of nearby temporary storage so it wasn’t an issue. We will definitely be staying again!

Excellent Stay

The furniture is comfortable. It's a very cozy home. The unit is close to everything. We brought our boat. The boat dock was great and right around the corner from East Pass. Vacasa staff was immediately responsive and helpful for the few questions we had. Our stay was for 10 days. This place did not disappoint.

Family Vacation

The property itself was great with amazing views of the harbor. Beach access was difficult to find. I would suggest leaving instructions for guests. Beach access code did not work. Luckily the neighbors were friendly and helped us find the beach access and gave us the correct code. The bikes were a plus especially for the teenagers who like to go back and forth several times a day. DO NOT use the washing machine. It left huge stains all over our clothes and I unfortunately had already ran two loads of newly purchased beach clothes. We traveled with all of our teenagers and it ruined lots of expensive clothing. We contacted the manager several times. Initially they said they would send someone to look at the washer which never happened. The last time I contacted them, I received a response saying sorry for your trouble.
