The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunlounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Dramalj. The holiday apartment is located on a 300 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only occasionally lives in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
