The Space:

Welcome to your next beach abode! This beautiful Gulf-front condo will provide the ultimate vacation experience! It includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to a large balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom also has its own private porch.



The living room has been furnished and equipped with nothing but comfort in mind. Snuggle up on the sofa and stream your favorite series on the large smart TV with cable - enjoy 96 channels of Digital TV, 66 channels of HD TV, and 50 channels of digital music. High-speed WiFi adds convenience during your stay. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs with the same features. The kitchen is well equipped with granite countertops, a stainless steel full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. There is also an air-conditioning unit, very quiet and sure to cool you off during those hot days. Providing a nice peaceful environment, you'll be able to enjoy your views from the 20th floor.



Indigo features top-of-the-line amenities including seven acres of well-manicured landscaping, gated entry, a 6000-gallon zero-entry pool, poolside gazebo, hot tub, a seasonally heated pool, outdoor grills including Green Eggs, lighted tennis courts with a Hydro court surface, two large fitness rooms, one sauna, a private 12-person theater free for guests to use, bike racks, and covered parking. There is also a free-standing ice machine located in the parking garage for your convenience.

only complaint was the master and guest bathrooms toilets were very low..very hard for people who have disabilities..Living room furniture also low to ground and hard to get up from. all other things were great!!!

First, I love the Indigo property - from the dedicated elevators to the pool (zero entry and water features) everything is a win! Second, this unit is particularly well-stocked for two girls who LOVE to cook - great assortment of kitchen gadgets and utensils. We enjoyed the updated decor (thank you for not having over done ‘beach’ themes) - clean and elegant and definitely supported a ‘luxury’ feel for a vacation rental. We especially enjoyed that the bedrooms each had a king bed - great for two adults. The bathrooms had a gracious plenty of towels (for a first) and while the beds were a bit soft, the linens were wonderful. And a shout out for the neighborhood and location - it’s literally right over the bridge from a great gourmet meat shop (with locally produced sausages, a great assortment of steaks and even guanchale!) and Perdido Seafood Market nearby for all the yummy gulf coast delights. Round that out with the super convenient Publix for everything you could need. And if you’re not into cooking - it’s in the center of a lot of great local restaurants. Seriously - the whole situation is first class. Check in and out were a breeze.

The property was decorated cute but unfortunately there is a lot of black mold throughout condo in the vents, walk in shower and laundry room wall. Needs a deep clean!!!

Lovely condo!

Wonderful week in Perdido!! Condo is great with comfortable beds and linen. Living room isn’t so comfy but we didn’t use it much—view is fabulous, property is our absolute fave and we stay here when in town. Kitchen is well stocked just could use a colander. Tower fan was a nice surprise but didn’t need it as AC worked perfectly. Look up Tin Top for a great meal-little far but so worth it!!

Loved this condo. View is outstanding. Loved having 2 balconies, and 2.5 baths was GREAT!! We also appreciated the parking garage. We're considering coming back next year. Some suggestions though: label the light switches. We couldn't figure out what some of them did as nothing happened when we flipped them Could have just needed to replace light bulbs, but we didn't know. Consider cleaning the cover on the couch. Kitchen could use a few more utensils. Also, for 2 days we thought the toaster didn't work, only to discover we needed to plug it in to a different receptacle. Check all batteries...ones in the automatic kitchen trash can, and the living room ceiling fan remote needed to be replaced. The finial on the footboard on the bed in the smaller bedroom comes off, and needs to be re-attached. We truly, truly enjoyed this condo, and feel these suggestions are minor things. We are seriously considering returning to this condo next year. We're quite certain anyone staying here will enjoy it as much as we did.

Beautiful but not comfortable

The room was clean and they definitely went for looks, but there was absolutely nowhere to be comfortable. All the furniture is absolutely uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that it greatly affected my overall rating and stay. We actually left early. The pool was nice and big though and the elevator was fast.

Not a great experience

Check in was fine but it was advertised as a corner unit but it was not. It was advertised as having WiFi and a fold out sofa bed but the WiFi didn’t work and the sofa bed was broken. The maintenance worker came and fixed WiFi but said that he would have to order parts for bed so we could not use that all week. Resort was nice but rental wasn’t what we signed up for...

Bad Experience

First morning had to evacuate condo due to false alarm. I had to go down 20 flights of stairs and I'm on oxygen. Remotes didn't work and light bulbs burnt out. Then A/C froze up and had to move to another condo in a different complex. Other than the inconvenience of moving everything it was a move to a much nicer place. I would not recommend anyone staying in this condo until some work has been done on it.

Perfect if had a few tweaks

First, this is not the actual penthouse as stated. The experience was similar, but it's misleading to label as being the actual PH. Overall it was wonderful, but a few suggestions. The rug in the living area was like walking on rocks. The chairs on balcony were also hard as rocks, even thin cushions would be nice. Trashcan was electric but there were no batteries. Nice to have, but if so, be sure maids ensure batteries are in place. Would be nice to be more informative about the elevators. They are specific depending on room number, most of us don't automatically know this. Would have made day one much less hectic when unloading. Last minor thing would be to note a kuerig is there. No biggie but we tried to check before buying coffee on our way in and would have been nice to know ahead of time. Other than these minor things, it was a fantastic stay and we would for sure stay again. Had a lovely week and the property was wonderful. Thank you very much!

Bird’s Eye View

Indigo condo complex is well maintained. The view from the 20-story deck was great! The condo unit was very nice with plenty of space. Bedding was comfortable. It might have been helpful to provide step-by-step instructions on the light/fan remote since it is a shared remote between the living room & main bedroom. We were able to operate it, but I can understand why some reviewers mentioned it. We stayed for several weeks. A few cleaning supplies such as furniture polish, toilet bowl cleaner, and glass cleaner would have been a nice addition during that time. And a crock pot would have been nice. The two bag foot stools need to be refilled or replaced. The baseboards could use a good scrubbing.. The limited liability waiver fee is an enormous cost when figuring in the other fees otherwise the rental price was reasonable. All-in-all, this was a lovely unit with beautiful views of the Gulf & waking up to the beautiful view through the giant window in the main bedroom was a wonderful perk.

Beautiful Property

Check in was difficult, because on the drive to Perdido Key, I extended my stay one day earlier with Vacasa. They assured me it would work fine, and the keys would be in tick box on arrival. Long story short, the keys weren’t there, we had to wait about an hour for them, and when I got to the unit, the keys wouldn’t work. I was locked out and made several phone calls to Vacasa. They had no idea how to deal with the issue, and because the front desk was closed, there was no way to reprogram the keys. The only way I got in to the unit was through the maintenance supervisor who let me in with his master key…otherwise, I would’ve been stuck outside, with no help coming. That was very frustrating. Otherwise, the unit was exceptional. Unbelievable views, wonderfully appointed, clean and quiet…exaclty what I was hoping for. I consider it a real privilege to have stayed in unit 2003, it was wonderful! Be sure to enjoy the hot tub, it’s the social meeting point to make new friends and enjoy some friendly conversation.

Beautiful Condo

Great location! Loved that it was a gated community and had to have a key/code-to enter. The home is more beautiful in person!The main big pool was a little chilly but love that they had a smaller pool that was heated. Great access to the beach! Everything was nice and clean. The only issue we had was our AC unit was not working. I talked to the front desk and they said to call VACASA. I called the VACASA to report it. They said someone would call me with an ETA of when they would be there. 2 hours later I did not hear from anyone. Called back to let them know we are going to go to bed and they said someone will call first thing in the morning. 9:30am rolls around and no one has called. I called back they said someone should be out that morning.... 1:30pm rolls around called back again to see what is going on or if I need to call the property management to get this resolved because it was 78 degrees in side. Then she said someone will be there between 4-5pm. Finally it got resolved. However not very happy with how I had my phone on me the hole time and couldn’t enjoy swimming with my kids for the last time due to waiting on a phone call. Which no one called, I had to call them multiple times. Oh a positive note great family vacation.

Great view, good bones but needs a little TLC

We love the Indigo property and have stayed here multiple times over past 10 years. This unit, however , needed some “love”. The unit itself had great bones like all Indigo units and the decor while pretty minimal was fine. The unit was not entirely clean. Specifically - the floors had not been well vacuumed when we arrived. The first night (we had not been to the beach yet) I had to wipe off my feet before bed as they were gritty and really dirty from walking in the unit barefoot. Also when We pulled out some items to cook with -the pots were filthy. One had black burned food remnents, the pasta pot had some white sticky glue like stuff all over the bottom (which we had to soak and scrub in order to use) and the third had a yellowish residue all over the bottom. The lock to the back porch door didn’t work, the handle in the master bath sink fell off (we screwed back in) the cushions on the outside patios chairs are torn and loosing their stuffing and the air unit broke down on our second day. I will say that when we called maintenance about the air they did get someone out very quickly to repair it. On the up side, Emily at the front desk (for Resort Quest) was a pleasure and she did a great job getting providing information, and getting us checked in early. Bottom line - this unit was a bit of a disappointment as compared to others we have rented over the years.
