The Space:

This gorgeous Gulf-front condo with a private balcony overlooking the water is the perfect home base for your dream vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for your home away from home, including pots and pans, utensils and dishes, and a coffee maker for sipping coffee and watching those beach sunrises. The whole home has been recently renovated with all new furniture. When you want to venture out, you can lounge by the pool, exercise in the water-side fitness area, or relax in the outdoor hot tub. And of course, enjoying the beautiful white sandy beach just steps away is all you need to slip into vacation mode.



This condo is within a mile of Pier Park with its abundance of shopping and dining options. Many other renowned restaurants are located within five miles, and theme parks such as Wonderworks, Shipwreck Island, and Gulf World are a short drive away as well. Within the resort, there is a large infinity pool (heated seasonally), snack bar and grill (open seasonally), and beach service available at an additional fee!
