Welcome to the serene, gated community of Pinnacle Port! Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, just east of 30A, this fabulous beachfront end condo boasts incredible Gulf views with a wraparound balcony to enjoy the crashing waves and the sights of dolphins in the emerald waters. Just steps from powder-white beaches, this condo comes decorated to offer updated style and comfort. You’ll love the amazing views from the light-filled living room and Gulf-view primary bedroom as you enjoy the dreamy beach atmosphere and smart TVs to access your favorite streaming apps. The finely appointed kitchen features all new appliances ready to handle at-home meals with ease. This vacation rental also features complimentary WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay.



On-site, enjoy access to a wide variety of resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, a picnic area with shared grills, a dock, and 26 acres of private beach.

Nice place to stay.

The condo was very clean with updated appliances and amenities. Great view of the beach! Mattresses were lumpy. The common area hallways, walkways and play area were in need of a pressure wash. Our elevator stopped working every afternoon. Beach was clean with easy access. There was no shopping that you could walk to. Overall, it was a relaxing vacation.

This was hands down the best condo we have stayed in at Pinnacle Port! The cleanliness was the first thing we noticed. Everything was so fresh and the attention to detail was fabulous! The condo had more than enough room for our party of seven to stay comfortably. We loved being located right off of the elevator as it made it super easy when arriving and leaving with luggage carts. The condo was adorable and we loved the decor!The view was perfect! This is our favorite area of Panama City to stay at because the beaches are so clean and not nearly as crowded or at least they weren’t Labor Day weekend. Three things we will mention:1. The master bedroom, closest to the balcony, had a very slow draining tub. We had to use a plunger once to get the water moving and it still didn’t drain very well. 2. There is a tower fan in the second bedroom closet that we were going to use in the bunk room, but it was not working. The couple that stayed in the bunk room got a little warm at night because there is no ceiling fan due to the bunk being so close to the ceiling. 3. The bunk beds are really best suited for kids or very small adults. The couple that stayed in that room said the mattresses were not super supportive of adults. Overall very minimal things that did not impact our enjoyment one bit! We would highly recommend this unit to others looking for a great beach getaway!!
