The Space:

Inside, this condo is set up for your convenience. Thereā€™s a well-equipped, full kitchen with all the appliances, perfect for prepping simple meals or snacks for the beach. Dine together at the window-front table or grab one of the barstools to keep it casual.



Spend the day on the sand or exploring all that PCB has to offer, from golf to shopping, to state parks and loads of nearby restaurants and bars. If youā€™d like to stay closer to home, there are shared pools and tennis courts available for your use. When you return in the evening, the cozy living area is the perfect place to watch a little TV. Leave those curtains open on your wall of Gulf-view windows and watch night fall over the water. And donā€™t forget to step back outside and admire the stars before bed.



Things to Know

Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.
