The Space:

While staying at this updated, resort condo, take in fabulous beach views from your private, furnished balcony. The well-equipped, full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, is the perfect place to cook your favorite recipes after fun-filled days at the beach. Dine together with a view at the table for four, and then settle into the living area to watch TV into the evening.



The resort offers three pools to enjoy, tennis courts, and is gated to ensure privacy. You will also enjoy direct, private beach access from the resort as well as the location being just steps from some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the area including Pineapple Willies!



Things to Know

Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

The property was clean but the refrigerator did not work and ruined our entire groceries before we realized. The pillows in the bedroom really need to be upgraded had to stack up three pillows just to get comfort. The owner did a great job renovating just a few minor changes to make this a great place.

Friends beach trip

The condo was clean and we loved the decor!! Our favorite restaurant, Pineapple Willy’s, is located right next door too!!! I would love to stay here on future beach vacations!!!

Clean, updated, bed comfy, pillows flat (bring your own). Central air blower loud in bedroom when running. Otherwise a perfect stay ! We would return for sure

Room had a balcony view was good! One working elevator pretty much entire stay but no wait times. The property is older but the room has been renovated. The guy at the gate, George was very nice! The only problem we had was with the fridge, I sent in request to have someone come look at it and no one came. The freezer was getting all the cold air and fridge didn’t cool much at all.

Floors needed to be mopped badly the frig was way to small only had five hangers in the little closet. Frig didn’t want to cool good at all sliding barn door hardware looked like it had never been cleaned in on the living room side

Great Weekend Getaway

We arrived on Saturday and there was a large crowd for an event, so lots people and police in the area. We wish the weather had been better misty and foggy all weekend.Room was great, they forgot the shampoo and when mentioned had some delivered quickly. Metal balcony furniture was showing some age, just a mention, not a problem.Only one minor complaint, the liquid soap in the bathroom had been watered down to where it was really just water, had to open a bar to use.Will consider another visit.

Great location and view from balcony!

Very well decorated condo! Perfect for 2 or 3 people. A little disappointed that it wasn’t cleaned better. I guess the cleaner forgot to sweep and mop before leaving. Also baseboards were dusty and patio had trash on the floor. Overall it was good. Owners should consider getting a tub stopper. Extra standing ac unit in room is very loud, could not use. Central ac was working great tho! Loved the decor!

Access would not work. Was given 8 different codes. Maintenance came to fix door and we sat in the room and were not notified.

You pay for what you get

They posted this unit to be able to sleep 4, the sofa was supposed to be a pull out and it wasn't. Its an adjustable couch not a pull out. I had 2 teens with my thank God bc adults would not have been comfortable. They posted an image of a tiki bar that must be only at certain time's during the year so very misleading when you were hoping not to go far for lunch and a drink. Pillows and the king bed were awful and so uncomfortable. No black out curtains so the sun comes up at 5:30am.

Beware Vacasa properties!!!!

There was puke under our bed!!! I reported upon check in. They never came to clean it!!! I had to! Broken (not just out) light bulbs, reported but not replaced! Blood splat on bathroom baseboard!!! Pullout listed on one site as Queen sleeper on another it was listed as dbl but was really a single! My daughters had to sleep with no blankets that they were supposed to provide, reported at check-in, but not fixed until next day. Which all they did was leave the blankets in the condo but did not fix/clean any other thing!!! Broken coffee pot drip lip, soap dispenser in bathroom. Could go on and on. Tried to contact the company and get the runaround as they manage the property for the owner. I’m sure if I could talk to the owner the probs would’ve been fixed. But having to go through the 3rd party Vacasa I did not get anywhere but a GPT Chat/bot robo response. I have pics and if I could post them here I would.
